Hello! Sorry for responding so late.
I've tried all the troubleshooting techniques you mentioned. Unfortunately with no effect. It is still the same error which appears - 0xc0000005. GPU drivers are also up to date. :/

Hello!
Recentely I've had problem with Forza Horizon 4 playing on my PC with Windows 10 21H2. The game crashes everytime when I enter PR Stunt zones and some other locations. For example driving into the tunnel under the highway located south of Edinburgh results just the same.
I think I've tried all the troubleshooting techniques mentioned in the internet: resetting and reinstalling the game, doing the same with the Xbox apps, reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ package, editting Windows Register (following Microsoft Support's advice), disabling development mode, typing sfc/scannow in the console, updating all the possible drivers etc.
Despite all that, the game keeps crashing with the error exception code 0xc0000005.
What is even more frustrating both Microsoft and Forza Support keeps telling me to contact the other side: Forza claims it's a matter of the Windows, Microsoft says it's the what game causes the problem... The result is, neither of the producers cares :/

Hello TytusMaik, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;
I understand you are having problems playing Forza Horizon 4;
What exactly is your computer's model and manufacturer?
Do you have any third-party anti-virus installed? If so, I recommend that you uninstall for testing;
Some apps can also cause this problem like:
Check for new updates on Windows Update:
1: Open the Windows 10 "Start" menu and select the "Settings" item.
2: then select the "Update and Security" option.
3: in the "Windows Update" section, click "Check for updates".
4: If there are no updates, the message "You are up to date" will be displayed.
5: if there is any pending system update, the message "Features update for Windows 10 ..." will be displayed, then click on the "Download and install" item to start the system update.
6: wait for the update download to finish and restart the PC, or schedule a restart to be able to finish the procedure.
Clean boot;
Clean boot serves to determine whether a background program is interfering with the system or optimizing system loading.
NOTE: This procedure disables all third party services and programs. You can later, if the problem is solved in this way, selectively enable the programs and services that will start with Windows, instead of keeping all disabled. If the problem returns after activating the startup of a specific service or program, the problem is exactly in the startup of this software and it is recommended to remove it.
Update apps from the Microsoft Store;
Open the store and click on Library;
Click Get Updates and wait for all apps to update;
Restart PC and test;
I hope I have helped, see you soon!
