Jak wejsc do foldera wymagajacego uprawnienia admin nie majac uprawnien? / How can I enter a folder requiring admin privileges without the privileges?

Chcialom ostatnio zainstalowac ponownie Windowsa 11, ze wzgledu na ostatnie problemy. Wczoraj dostalom BSODa az trzy razy. Niestety, ale przez to nie moge sie zalogowac na moje glowne konto Windows ('Ta opcja logowania jest wylaczona z powodu nieudanych prob logowania lub powtarzajacych sie zamkniec systemu.), jedyne z uprawnieniami admin. Jestem aktualnie na koncie bez uprawnien. Chcialobym po prostu zbackupowac folder Pobrane, ale nie mam do niego dostepu. Czy jest jakis sposob, abym moglo otworzyc ten folder bez uprawnien?

Recently I wanted to re-install Windows 11 due to problems that appear to me lately. Yesterday I got three BSODs. Unfortunately, because of this, I cannot log in onto my main Windows account ('This log in option is turned off due to unsuccessful log ins or repeating system shutdowns.), the only with admin privileges. I am currently logged in on an account without the said privileges. I would like to just backup the 'Downloads' folder but I do not have access to it. Is there any way to open this folder without the admin privileges?

I have Windows 11 Pro currently.
