Problem z Bluetooth Win10

Question

Witam. Po ponownym instalowaniu systemu Windows 10 mam problem z bluetooth. Mianowicie ikona jest, czyli jest zainstalowany wersja 4.0, jednak przy wyszukiwaniu sluchawek bezprzewodowych w ustawieniach nic sie nie pokazuje, czyli nie widzi innych urzadzen. Mam laptop Samsung NP350V5C-S08PL. Dodam, ze mam wind 10, ale pierwotnie byl to chyba Windows 8.1.

Prosze o pomoc w moim problemie.

na początek powiem że nie jestem pracownikiem Microsoftu tylko zwykłym użytkownikiem jak Ty.

Tu problemem jest to że nie ma dedykowanych sterowników dla Windows 10 do tego kontrolera Bluetooth. Wcześniej Windows 10 korzystał ze sterowników tych od poprzedniego Windowsa.

Teraz i zwyczajnie nie ma. Te co są to jest takie zwyczajnie zapchaj dziura. Coś się instaluje ale jak widać to nie działa.

Musiała byś wymienić kartę WiFi na nowszą - najlepiej Intela do której są sterowniki dla Windows 10. Oczywiście ma to sens jeżeli laptop nie używa osobnego modułu Bluetooth. Bo czasami w niektórych laptopach tak jest.

Hey, thank you for trying my suggestions and I'm sorry if they did not resolve the issue.

Have you also try other Bluetooth devices like your phone? Try your Samsung Laptop with the phone, and your phone with the headset. Let me know if the headset works with the phone.

Thank you for your prompt response, however, these guidelines do not help me with my problem. It does not work none of the / a option. What else can I do to solve this problem? Previously everything was ok, I made reinstalling the system and I have a problem now. Thank you for your help.

Hi MonikaIka,

Sorry to hear that it cannot find any Bluetooth devices.

To fix this, please do the following:

1. Re-install the Bluetooth driver in device manager

> Go to Device manager

> Right click the Bluetooth driver and Uninstall

> Click Action menu > Scan for hardware change

> Restart your laptop

2. Make sure Bluetooth is discoverable

> Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices

> Turn ON bluetooth

> On the right side, look for "More Bluetooth options"

> Check - Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC

> Click OK

> Try to Add Bluetooth devices

3. Download latest Windows update

> Go to Settings > Update & Security > Check for updates

4. Run Troubleshooter

> Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Bluetooth > Run the Troubleshooter
