Shift+W+D combination doesn't work on Microsoft All-in-one media keyboard

Question

I purchased Microsoft All-in-one media keyboard recently and have experienced problems with Shift+W+D combination. 

It doesn't work. I need it to work to play counter strike occasionally (can't walk in game at a 45 degree angle). I understand the keyboard is not 

made for games but maybe this issue is resolvable. Could you help me?

What is the Model or Serial Number of this computer?

To solve this problem I suggest you disable the key settings. To do this, use the steps below:

1. On the Desktop, simultaneously press the Windows + R keys to open Run;
2. In Run, type “Control” and click Ok, to open the Control Panel;
3. Click Ease of Access> Change how the keyboard works;
4. In the item Facilitate typing, deselect the options below:

Activate the sticky keys.

Activate toggle keys.

Activate the filter keys.

5. Click Apply> Ok and Restart the system.
