Office apps "Share" button stuck on "Loading..."

Hello,

Recently a few of our workers reported that they can't use the "Share" button in Excel, Word etc.

Whenever they try to press it, a pop-up window appears and says: "Loading". The problem is that it doesn't ever stop loading.
This problem is really random, because all of our workers run the recent version of Office and Windows, but the issue appears only on a few of them.

Our team has tried reinstalling Office, singing out and logging in back to it, running troubleshooting and we've checked if everything is okay with the Office accounts.

I hope someone can help us, because this problem haunts us for 2 weeks now and it keeps spreading.
