Hi! Sorry to hear that you have trouble with TPM. Since you already enabled the options in BIOS, please first confirm if Windows can actually detect it: press Win + R, type tpm.msc, and check whether it says The TPM is ready for use and whether the Specification Version is 2.0. Please share a screenshot.
