Inquiry regarding missing Microsoft Certification voucher - AI Skills Fest 2026

Question

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I am writing to inquire about the free Microsoft Certification voucher from the recent AI Skills Fest (June 8 – June 12, 2026).

According to the event's FAQ, eligible participants were supposed to receive their vouchers via email from Pearson between June 19 and July 10, 2026. As of today, I have not received mine. I have already checked my spam and junk folders.

Furthermore, all of my colleagues who participated in the same event and followed the same steps received their vouchers quite a while ago, which makes me concerned that my distribution might have been missed.

I would like to confirm that I met all the eligibility requirements:

• I registered for the AI Skills Fest.
• I completed the required AI Skills Fest playlist during the event week.
• I successfully completed the voucher claim form within the AI Skills Navigator before the deadline (12am UTC, June 12, 2026).
