Visual Studio SDK Documentation Wiki

Paul Cornell (VSSDK Documentation Manager) has just announced that like much of the other MSDN content, the Visual Studio SDK documentation is now wiki-enabled. This means that you can append comments/suggestions/gotchas on to the VSSDK help as well as leverage notes from others.
