Updated MSDN forums

The MSDN forums are updated and have a new look and feel. It's at a new link too:  https://forums.msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/netfxtoolsdev/threads/  (the old link still forwards).

  Interesting, looks good, I hope these forums are also more stable than the old ones.

  it really stinks..seems to have a mind of it's own; shifting and resizing with text shifted off the left of the right of the browser, regardless of whether you maximize the browser or not.
