A virtual machine

Thanks for the info on using the SDK on a virtual machine. Are there other SDK users who also use the SDK on a VM? If so, what OS do you run in the VM window? Is this a way to create a virtual Vista partition that won't affect your main production box?

This sort of info will really help us develop test plans that map to real-world scenarios.
