Java APM MP Guide now Available

If you are looking the Java Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Preview Management Pack (MP) Guide, it can now be downloaded at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=39709.  Just click the Download button and a pop-up will give you the option of selecting either the MSI or the MP Guide.
