This field was deprecated in API level 29. As of Build.VERSION_CODES.Q, use RecentTaskInfo.taskId to get the task id and RecentTaskInfo.isRunning to determine if it is running.

If this task is currently running, this is the identifier for it. If it is not running, this will be -1.
