Deletes the automatic zen rule with the given id.

Deletes the automatic zen rule with the given id.
Throws a SecurityException if policy access is not granted to this package. See #isNotificationPolicyAccessGranted
.
Callers can only delete rules that they own. See AutomaticZenRule#getOwner
.
