Looper for monitoring incoming replies to DNS queries. If null, then
uses the value returned by Looper#getMainLooper().
<p>The specified Looper is not used for executing method callbacks, but if a
separate thread is already being used for DnsResolver interactions, it is sufficient
to use Runnable#run() as the Executor for #query and #rawQuery.
