Returns the character subsequence within the specified range.

Parameters

self: ICharSequence

The character sequence from which to obtain a subsequence.

start: Int32

The inclusive start index of the subsequence.

end: Int32

The exclusive end index of the subsequence.

The requested character subsequence.
