StepStartFrame
DkmStackWalkFrame

[In] The beginning stack frame of the step. This frame may not be the top-most stack frame.

SteppingRanges
DkmSteppingRange[]

[In] The stepping ranges to look for call instructions within.

[Out] The result candidate addresses.
