To zdarzenie jest analogiczne do Control.Validating zdarzenia. To zdarzenie służy do sprawdzania poprawności wszystkich wartości wiersza. Jeśli wiersz nie przejdzie walidacji, ustaw CancelEventArgs.Cancel właściwość na truewartość . Anulowanie tego zdarzenia uniemożliwia RowValidatedwystępowanie zdarzeń , Control.Validatingi Control.Validated , a także uniemożliwia użytkownikowi pozostawienie nieprawidłowego wiersza i uniemożliwia zapisanie wiersza w zewnętrznym źródle danych w trybie ograniczenia danych.
