Gets the ResourceKey for the Color of the text of an inactive window's title bar.

The resource key for the Color of the text of an inactive window's title bar.

Remarks

Use the InactiveCaptionTextColorKey to create a dynamic reference to the inactive caption text system color. This dynamic reference will automatically update if the color is changed. To create a static reference that does not update automatically, use InactiveCaptionTextColor.
