Mouse events occur in the following order:

1.OnMouseEnter

2.OnMouseMove

3.OnMouseHover or OnMouseDown or OnMouseWheel

4.OnMouseUp

5.OnMouseLeave

OnMouseHover occurs when the mouse pointer hovers over the WorkflowView.
