How to look up your support PIN

To look up your support PIN, which enables Microsoft Customer Support through the telephone, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Office Admin Center.

  2. Click on the gear icon.

  3. Your support PIN is displayed in the lower right pane. You may also choose to re-generate your PIN if needed.
