Logs a SemanticAssociationEvent between a set of semantic items and the current turn.

Parameters
- answerIds
The set of semantic items to be answered; LogSemanticItemCreationEvent should be called for each element of semanticIds, but this is not enforced.
- confirmIds
The set of semantic items to be confirmed; LogSemanticItemCreationEvent should be called for each element of semanticIds, but this is not enforced.
Remarks
LogSemanticAssociation can only be raised in turn scope.

All public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
