Sample Databases

SQL Server now includes AdventureWorks (OLTP), AdventureWorksDW (data warehouse), and AdventureWorksAS (Analysis Services) sample databases. The sample data is based on a fictitious company, Adventure Works Cycles, a large, multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes metal and composite bicycles to North American, European, and Asian commercial markets.
