A pointer to the beginning of the bytes stored in the IDTSBuffer100.
Remarks
This method returns a pointer to the beginning of the bytes stored in an IDTSBuffer100 object that is created by calling the CreateFlatBuffer method of the IDTSBufferManager100 object.
