Gets or sets a Boolean indicating whether the designer is working in an offline mode or online mode.

Property Value
true if the designer is working in an offline mode; false if the designer is working in online mode.
Remarks
This flag is useful for validation. There are things you cannot validate in offline mode, such as the database connections. By using this flag, you can modify your validation code to only validate things that make sense, depending on whether you are connected or not connected.
