Unbinds a rule from the user-defined data type.

  • bindColumns
    A Boolean value that specifies whether the rule is bound to the user-defined data type if it is already bound to a column.

    If True, the rule is bound to the user-defined data type.

    If False, the rule is not bound to the user-defined data type.
