DatabasePermissionSet.Connect Property
Gets or sets the Boolean property value that specifies whether to include the CONNECT permission in the permission set. This permission lets the grantee connect to the database.

Property Value
A Boolean value that specifies whether to include the CONNECT permission in the permission set. If True, the permission is included in the permission set. If False (default), the permission is excluded from the permission set.
