Gets or sets a Boolean property value that specifies whether the AUTOCLOSE database option is active.

Property Value

A Boolean value that specifies whether the AUTOCLOSE database option is active. If True, the database is closed, and its resources are freed when no user connection accesses the database. Otherwise, False (default).

Remarks

This property specifies whether a database remains open and active when there are no connections.
