DatabasePermissionSet.Control Property
Gets or sets the Boolean property value that specifies whether to include the CONTROL permission in the permission set. This permission gives the grantee full control over the database, which includes every database permission.

Property Value
A Boolean value that specifies whether to include the CONTROL permission in the permission set. If True, the permission is included in the permission set. If False (default), the permission is excluded from the permission set.
