Property Value
A Boolean value that specifies the whether the index allows row locks. If True, row locks are not allowed on the index. Otherwise, False (default).
Remarks
When this property is True, row locks are not used. Access to the specified index is obtained with page-level and table-level locks.

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
