Gets or sets a Boolean property value that specifies whether the event is included in the event set. The event occurs when a user is altered.

Property Value
A Boolean value that specifies whether the AlterUser event is included in the event set. If True, the event is included in the event set. If False (default), the event is not included in the event set.
