Unable to initialize full-text indexer (make sure ITCC53.DLL is installed and registered).

Given when the full-text search index engine could not be initialized.

To correct this error

• Ensure that the file ITCC53.DLL is installed and registered. It may be necessary to reinstall Microsoft Help Workshop.

• Verify that the stop word file is a valid text (.txt) file.
