Given when the sum of the TOCTitle attribute, RLTitle attribute, and <title> tag for a topic file, exceeds 2000 characters. The compiler will truncate any value over 2000 characters.

To correct this error

• Ensure that the sum of the total number of characters in these three tags does not exceed 2000 characters.
