Gets or sets the name that appears in the Actions menu and Choose Form dialog box in Outlook for replacement and replace-all form regions.

Remarks
If you do not set the Title property, then the value of the FormRegionName property appears in the Actions menu and the Choose Form dialog box in Outlook.
