EmptyRule Complex Type (Work Item Type Definition Schema)
The EmptyRule Complex Type forms the element type for the ALLOWEXISTINGVALUE Element (Work Item Type Definition Schema). ALLOWEXISTINGVALUE specifies that the value that already exists in the field will be allowed even if it is not valid. All new field values must be valid.
