Cannot View Performance Counters
Symptom: I cannot find an Administrative Tools menu or the Performance window, or when I try to open the Performance window, I receive an error.
Possible Causes:
The user account you are using is not a member of the Administrators group on the local computer. Log on to the computer by using an account that has administrative permissions, or use the RunAs command-line tool to run performance counters with the appropriate permissions. For more information, see the "RunAs" topic (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=60977) and How to: View Team Foundation Server Performance Counters.
Symptom: I cannot find the appropriate performance counters in the Performance window.
Possible Causes:
You are not logged on to the Team Foundation application-tier server or the Team Foundation data-tier server. You must be logged on to the appropriate server in order to view the performance counters for that server. For more information, see How to: View Team Foundation Server Performance Counters.
You have not added the appropriate performance counters to the Performance window. You must manually add the performance counters you want to monitor. For more information, see How to: View Team Foundation Server Performance Counters.
