Const kontenera kolejki konstruowanej ma być kopię.
Uwagi
Domyślny kontener podstawowy dla kolejki jest deque.Można również określić listę jako kontener podstawowy, ale nie można określić wektor, ponieważ nie ma wymaganych pop_front funkcji składowej.
