Mount method of the MSFT_DiskImage class
Mounts the disk image.
Syntax

Parameters
Access [in]
The access for the disk image.

Read-Only (3)
NoDriveLetter [in]
If TRUE, the disk image shouldn't be assigned a drive letter.
Return value
If Access is not DEVICE_ACCESS_READ_ONLY or DEVICE_ACCESS_READ_WRITE, this method returns E_INVALIDARG.
Otherwise, this method returns OpenVirtualDisk and AttachVirtualDisk error codes converted to HRESULT codes.
