O Azure Ative Directory (Azure AD) foi renomeado para Microsoft Entra ID para comunicar melhor a funcionalidade multicloud e multiplataforma do produto e unificar a nomenclatura da família de produtos Microsoft Entra.

Este artigo fornece práticas recomendadas e suporte para clientes e organizações que desejam atualizar sua documentação ou conteúdo com o novo nome e ícone do produto.

Identifique exceções na sua lista:

Não faça alterações de quebra.
Reveja a secção Que nomes não estão a mudar?, nas orientações de nomenclatura, e observe qual a terminologia do Azure AD que não está a mudar.
Não altere instâncias do Active Directory. Somente Azure Active Directory está sendo renomeado, não Active Directory, que é o nome abreviado de um produto diferente, Windows Server Ative Directory.

Avalie e priorize com base no uso futuro. Considere qual conteúdo precisa ser atualizado com base no fato de ser voltado para o usuário ou ter ampla visibilidade em sua organização, público ou base de clientes. Você pode decidir que algum código ou conteúdo não precisa ser atualizado se tiver exposição limitada aos usuários finais.

Como usar "localizar e substituir" para conteúdo baseado em texto

Quase todas as ferramentas de edição oferecem a funcionalidade "pesquisar e substituir" ou "localizar e substituir", nativamente ou usando plug-ins. Use seu aplicativo preferido.

Não substitua todas as instâncias pelo Microsoft Entra ID.
Analise se cada instância se refere ao produto ou a um recurso do produto.

Substitua o ícone do Azure AD pelo ícone ID do Microsoft Entra.
