| UserInitiated | 1 | The user stopped the provider. |
| ProviderFailed | 2 | The provider failed. |
| NoNetworkAvailable | 3 | The network was unavailable. |
| UnrecoverableNetworkChange | 4 | The network connectivity changed and the provider could not recover. |
| ProviderDisabled | 5 | The provider was not enabled. |
