Retorna um wrapper de lista com um tamanho fixo, em que os elementos podem ser modificados, mas não adicionados nem removidos.

Uma coleção com um tamanho fixo é simplesmente uma coleção com um wrapper que impede a adição e a remoção de elementos; por isso, caso as alterações sejam feitas na coleção subjacente, inclusive a adição ou a remoção de elementos, a coleção de tamanho fixo reflete essas alterações.
