Comentários

As chaves no retornado ICollection são classificadas de acordo com a Comparer propriedade e têm a garantia de estar na mesma ordem que os valores correspondentes na ICollection propriedade retornada Values .

A obtenção do valor dessa propriedade é uma operação O(1).
