Comentários

Essa propriedade retornará uma cadeia de caracteres vazia (""") se o valor da propriedade não tiver sido definido. O valor só deve ser definido se o valor da Use propriedade for Encoded. Caso contrário, o valor da propriedade será ignorado, levando a um comportamento inesperado pelo serviço Web XML.
