Move um ponto de extremidade de um intervalo de texto para o ponto de extremidade especificado de um segundo intervalo de texto.

Comentários

Se o ponto de extremidade que está sendo movido cruzar o outro ponto de extremidade do mesmo intervalo de texto, esse outro ponto de extremidade também será movido, resultando em um intervalo degenerado e garantindo a ordenação correta dos pontos de extremidade (ou seja, Start é sempre menor ou igual a End).
