| None | 0 | No visual effect is applied to the icon. |
| Glow | 1 | The icon glows. |

Remarks
The IconEffect values represent the return values of the VisualStyleRenderer.GetEnumValue method when it is called with an argument value of EnumProperty.IconEffect.
