This is a String(Octet) attribute. This value is used to compute keys used in outbound trust validation. For more information on the contents of this attribute, see "Keys and Trusts", section 6.1.6.9.1.

This is a secret attribute ([MS-DRSR] section 4.1.10.3.11, IsSecretAttribute), and is not readable outside of the context of the LSA on a DC.
