Get-AzCloudServiceOSVersion
Gets properties of a guest operating system version that can be specified in the XML service configuration (.cscfg) for a cloud service.

Description
Gets properties of a guest operating system version that can be specified in the XML service configuration (.cscfg) for a cloud service.
