Gets the CosmosDB Client Encryption Key.

Description
The Get-AzCosmosDbClientEncryptionKey cmdlet gets the list of all existing CosmosDB Client Encryption Key for a given ResourceGroupName, AccountName and DatabaseName and gets a single CosmosDB Client Encryption Key for a given ResourceGroupName, AccountName, DatabaseName and ClientEncryptionKeyName.
