Use this API to get the members list (users, groups, or devices) in an administrative unit.

Permission type Least privileged permissions Higher privileged permissions
Delegated (work or school account) AdministrativeUnit.Read.All AdministrativeUnit.ReadWrite.All, Directory.Read.All, Directory.ReadWrite.All
