Description

Each project contract must have at least one funding rule to support advanced funding. This creates a default rule for existing contracts.

Remarks

A single entry will be created for each contract with the following values: the Priority field is set to 1, the ValidFor field is set to the ProjAllTrxType::All enumeration value.
