The following table lists the minimum and recommended hardware requirements for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM web application.

Running Microsoft Dynamics CRM on a computer that has less than the recommended requirements may result in inadequate performance.
Network requirements
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is designed to work best over networks that have the following elements:
Bandwidth greater than 50 KBps (400 kbps)
Latency under 150 ms
Notice that these values are recommendations and don’t guarantee satisfactory performance.

The following two sections list the supported operating systems and versions for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM web application when you run Internet Explorer.
Supported operating systems when you use Internet Explorer
The following operating systems are supported for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM web application:
Windows 10
Windows 8.1 (supported when you use Internet Explorer 11)
Windows 8 (supported when you use Internet Explorer 10)
Windows 7 (all versions)
Windows Vista (all versions)

Compatibility with Windows 8.1 Update for x64-based Systems (KB2919355) requires at least Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Update Rollup 3. Compatibility with Microsoft Edge requires at least Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1) Update Rollup 4.

Internet Explorer 7 isn’t supported with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 on-premises versions or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

Compatibility with Windows 8.1 and Internet Explorer 11 requires at least Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Update Rollup 2.

Internet Explorer 10 and Internet Explorer 11 that have the new Windows UI optimized for touch devices are only supported for use with the areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM that have the modern user interface. Supported versions of Microsoft Office
To use Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Office integration features, such as Export to Excel and Mail Merge, you must have one of the following Microsoft Office versions on the computer that is running the Microsoft Dynamics CRM web application:
Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft Office 2013
Microsoft Office 2010
Microsoft Office 2007
Important
Microsoft Office 2003 versions aren’t supported for use with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.
Printing reports
The Reporting Services Microsoft ActiveX control is required to print reports. If a user tries to print a report, but the control isn’t installed, the user will be prompted to install it. The installer package is named RSClientPrint.cab and can found on the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services server at <drive>:\Program files\Microsoft SQL Server\<MSSQL>\Reporting Services\ReportServer\bin.
